This program offers time to explore a clearer, more grounded way of relating to leadership and financial decision-making—through guided conversations, practical frameworks, and shared learning rather than lectures or theory.

How you'll benefit

This multi-day experience creates space to slow down and engage financial language, decisions, and assumptions more deliberately. Participants build confidence with numbers and strengthen their ability to remain present and engaged in financial conversations that may have previously felt intimidating or unclear.
The emphasis is not on mastery or solutions, but on building a more grounded relationship with leadership and finance through clarity, perspective, and practice. 
In the program, financial education and leadership mentoring is aimed at:
  • Building financial literacy and confidence.
  • Strengthening decision-making skills through data-driven clarity.
  • Expanding leadership presence in finance and business conversations.
  • Fostering a network of financially savvy founders and executives.
The work happens in community. 
Learning alongside other women in business navigating similar levels of responsibility and complexity normalizes curiosity, questions, and uncertainty. The result is not expertise, but steadiness: a more confident, human way of relating to leadership and finance that supports responsibility, integrity, and clearer choices over time.

Day One, October 6
  • 8:00 am to 9:00 am - Check in. Continental Breakfast and Networking
  • 9:00 am to 10:30 am - Session One: A New Relationship with Your Business
  • 10:30 am to 10:45am - Break
  • 10:45 am to 11:30am - Discovering the Wall of Bricks
  • 11:30 am to 12:30 pm – Lunch and Sponsor Speaker TBD (30min)
  • 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm - Session Two: Taking a Financial Picture of Your Business
  • 2:30 pm to 2:45 pm - Break
  • 2:45 pm to 4:45 pm - Session Three: Business Performance Meet the Value Cycle
  • 4:45 pm to 5:00 pm – Closing the day and assignments
Day Two, October 7
  • 8:30 am to 9:00 am - Coffee & Coaching (Practice work coaching (optional))
  • 9:30 am to 11:30 am - Session Four: Exploring the Value Cycle and The Performance of the Business
  • 11:30 am to 12:30 pm - Lunch and Sponsor speaker TBD (30 min)
  • 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm - Session Five: Determining the Framework of the Future of Your Business
  • 2:30 pm to 2:45 pm - Break
  • 2:45 pm to 4:45 pm - Topic Tables ( Round robin—opportunity for sponsors to run a topic table)
  • 4:45 pm to 5:00 pm - Close and practice work
  • 5pm-6:30 pm - Cocktails, food, and networking
Day Three, October 8
  • 8:30 am to 9:00 am - Coffee & coaching (optional)
  • 9:00 am to 10:15 am - Group creation sessions and coaching
  • 10:30 am to 10:45 am - Break
  • 10:45 am to 11:45 am- Session Six: POW POW Thinking
  • 12:00 pm to 1:00pm - Lunch & Speaker
  • 1:15 pm to 3:15 pm - Session Seven: Implementing Inside the New Future You are Creating
  • 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm - Sharing and completion & what is next

(Approx. 12 miles from Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), typically a 30–45 minute drive depending on traffic)

Leaders Team are exploring the possibility of securing a preferred attendee rate with the hotel. If a special program rate becomes available, they'll share those details directly with registered participants.
