This recording will give you a feel for how we run our 90 minute taster sessions. The concept is that we want to give those attending a genuine learning experience, while also touching on and explaining what we do in the remainder of a normal, full day course. Intended and approximate run times are:

5 minutes : intros and scene setting

5 minutes : quick overview of the introductory context (shift relationship / learning pyramid / 5 organizing elements)

30 minutes : abbreviated butterfly conversation (including criteria and historic cost)

40 minutes : meet the basis board transactions (as many as time permits)

5 minutes : explanation of pop up board and telling a business story course elements
